When you need to set your alarm for the first time, we recommend that you start to get the "basic package" consisting of Smart Panel, remote, PIR-room sensor and door window switch, to operate.
Then you can connect any other devices.
Start by unscrewing the battery cover and remove the loose wire that sits in the small connector. It is only to test the function when the alarm kit is in the packaging.
Then insert a 9V battery and connect the power supply.
House code
Bottom left in the battery box, sitting four black jumpers. They indicate that the house code is ON-ON-ON-ON, when all is put on.
You do not need to change anything on them - it's only if you live close to someone who has a similar alarm, you must change it.
So if your alarm in between starts gratuitous, it may be, you should try to change the house code by pill a jumper by.
BUT REMEMBER - that all devices in the system, so too must have changed the code, otherwise they speak not together.
PIN Code
PIN code, you need to turn on and turn off the alarm if you do not use the remote, and to lock the panel up when it must be programmed, is from the factory 1-2-3-4.
Let initially not change it.
Registration of the remote
The remote must be registered Smart Panel to work with it.
First Smart Panel unlocked. You enter your code to Safe Home Smart Panel - the factory setting is 1234 - followed by [Enter]
When Smart Panel thus is unlocked, press the "wrench" (bottom left key) followed by number 2.
There will now be a number and flash in the display as a sign that the Smart Panel is ready to register.
Now press one of the buttons on the remote - Smart Panel gives a sound to indicate that the remote is registered - press enter on the Smart Panel.
The remote one now ready for use.
Test Smart Panel
Before inserting the batteries into the PIR sensor and Door window switch, try, pressing the ARM (red padlock) on the remote.
Smart Panel will now flash red in the display and counts down.
If you press the white, unlocked padlock, the countdown stops.
Smart Panel is counting down, so you have the opportunity to get out the door before the alarm goes off.
p>
Now put batteries in the door window switch.
It is factory-set for zone 1 (it has nothing to do with the house code to do).
Read more about zones and using them in the manual.
When you test the alarm, it is recommended that take earplugs when the siren sounds very loud.
Add door window switch on the table with the magnets at each other.
Turn the alarm on the remote - let the alarm count down - look at the display, the alarm is turned on - let magnets on the door window switch apart - Smart Panel will now count down for about 20 seconds.
If you in that period press the unlocked padlock on the remote, or 1234 [enter] on Smart Panel, the countdown stops and the alarm is off.
Do you let the alarm count down, starting the siren in the Smart Panel - and you turn off the same way as above.
Put batteries in PIR sensor, and you are ready to install your system.
