Are there other programs for Windows, to find my camera on the local network (LAN) than the one delivered with the camera?

Yes - SearchPro for Windows can be used for cameras in L and M series.
The installer can be downloaded in a ZIP file here:
SearchProPC.zip
Download the file and save it for example at the desktop, unpack the Zip file, and install the program.
