If your camera can not be found in the provided search program, try the following:
When cable connection:
- Check that you have connected the camera directly to a LAN port on the router. The camera must not be connected directly to the computer.
- Check that your network is active and that your computer is connected to the network.
- Try to disable security packages from your ISP, your antivirus and possible firewall to identify whether the problem is due to camera or computer.
- Try from another computer.
- Get our app to your Android phone, iPhone, iPad or Android tablet, and add the camera to the app. If there is a connection through the app, the solution of the problem is on your PC.
By wifi connection:
- Check that you have set up wifi correctly, see possibly our installation video and wifi setup. You must also intended to ensure that you enter the password for your wifi correctly, remember that it is case-sensitive.
- Make sure that you log into your primary router's wifi network and not router no. 2 or access point. WIFI camera and can only be connected if they are on the same network.
- Check that your network is active and that your computer is connected to the network.
