GSM camera alarm does not send pictures via MMS, but I recieve just the message: "Sorry, the network is busy. Fail to send one MMS. ERR_IND 4_0"

If this message is received several times, it may be due to the telephony provider is not set correctly.
This is done manually by sending the following SMS to camera:
