The app cannot connect the camera to WiFi - the camera keeps flashing and does not change to constant blue light indicating connection.

Please ensure that the antennas are mounted correctly. Make sure the antenna with the gold-colored thread is mounted on the gold-colored screw and likewise the silver colored thread on the silver screw. It may be necessary to use a small wrench to retain the screw on the plug of the antenna placed on the camera. Attach the antennas until you can sense that they "are tightened".

Please make sure to download the right app, it should be called SafeHome WiFi Alarm.

Ensure that the phone are setup and uses the WiFi network to which the camera is to be connected. The camera is only compatible with 2.4 GHz networks (not 5GHz), so make sure that the network used is 2.4 GHz.

Check that the camera is neither too far from or near the router, the camera must have a distance of approx. 1 - 1 ½ meters from the router.

If MicroSD card is used, please insert this after correct WiFi setup. If a MicroSD card is inserted, please remove this before setting up WiFi. NOTE! Please note that MicroSD cards may only be removed and inserted when the camera power is off.

If necessary, reset the camera to the factory setting (hold the reset button for 30 seconds while the camera is powered) and retry installation again.
