My camera sends mail with alarms all the time!
The camera's sensor reacts differently depending on what the cameras pointing at. A light background versus a dark background, a bush waving in the wind or birds that move on the lawn may mean you are having to turn on the sensitivity of the sensor, not to get alarm mail all the time.
You must go into the SYSTEM SET> ALARM> MOTION DETECTION
Here you can try to screw [Sensitivity] (sensitivity) down to 20 (it is done by dragging the slider)
Click [APPLY]
Are you on the viewing side, you can see whether the alarm Trigger by frame changes to red.
That way you can increase or decrease the alarm's sensitivity into it suits your needs.
